I am Dafne Spencer and here is a little something about me...

Hey there! I'm Dafne, a passionate photographer with over a decade of experience capturing moments in the vibrant Tampa Bay area. Photography isn't just a job for me; it's a profound love.

Why do I love photography? Because it allows me to freeze time and be a part of your world, capturing the joy, laughter, and cherished moments that define your journey. I get to witness your unique beauty and the beauty of the relationships you hold dear. Isn't that just incredible?

My journey into photography wasn't a planned one. It all began when I took a leap of faith and bought a Canon 20D from a videographer I worked with. I knew next to nothing about photography, but with a willing friend as my first model, the magic happened. That single session ignited a passion in me that I couldn't ignore. I found joy in reassuring my friend of her true beauty and reveled in the happiness that unfolded behind the lens.

Driven by this newfound passion, I enrolled in photography courses at the University of South Florida. I constantly sought out new techniques and ideas to master this captivating craft. My path led me to an internship with Limelight Photography, where I learned from the finest in the wedding photography industry. Today, I'm proud to serve as the Studio Manager at Limelight Photography, handling public relations and capturing the magic of weddings. Under my personal venture, Daspen Photography, I specialize in family, engagement, baby, senior, fashion, and event photography. Limelight Photography remains dedicated exclusively to the art of capturing weddings.

Life, in all its wonder, has been an incredible journey. It's an honor and a pleasure to share those sweet, tender, loving, funny, and even slightly chaotic moments with you. I eagerly look forward to meeting you and your loved ones, capturing the beauty of your unique story.
